Job Title:           Non-Commercial Analyst

Job Purpose and Impact

Compliance/Penetration/Contract Accuracy:  This dedicated resource will assist in the tactical execution of our non-commercial contracts by helping grow compliance, increase penetration with members, and spot check for contract accuracy and 'double-dipping' with GPOs. 

Key Accountabilities

• Contract Accuracy – This role will be responsible for researching billbacks and aligning with distributors on pricing and program assignment and accuracy.  This role will occasionally be responsible for working with the larger Acxion team on claims resolution, incorrect billbacks, or misaligned program pricing.
• Communication – This role will be the primary point of contact for the Non-Comm sales team to ensure product and program information is updated and cascaded throughout Acxion's Non-Commercial team. 
• Data Analysis - This individual will utilize all available non-commercial reporting to identify and prioritize compliance and conversion opportunities. Review reporting monthly with the  Non-Comm team for further discussion and action planning.
• Problem Solving - This role will independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Product Knowledge – This role will serve as the primary training resource for all Acxion non-commercial sales representatives.
• Customer Insights – This role will collect and report customer wishes, pain points, and competitive intelligence to keep our sales, marketing and business teams updated on current issues and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Non-Commercial foodservice sales
• Proficiency with Acxion's AMP system and understanding of reporting systems
• Proven written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships virtually
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
